Forensic Genetics Specialists Research Project in Copenhagen

On November 18-24, 2012 Jurate Jankauskiene and Daiva Bunokiene, forensic medicine experts of the SFMS Serology and DNA Laboratory, will perform research at the Department of Forensic Medicine, University of Copenhagen, Denmark. The research involves scientific studies of polymorphism of DNA markers in the Lithuanian population. Lithuanian forensic genetics specialists‘ visit in Copenhagen is arranged on the basis of a continuous successful cooperation between the institutions. SFMS specialists‘ knowledge and skills gained during the research will be further applied in routine as well as scientific activities of the SFMS Serology and DNA Lab.
